Needed to hire someone to train me
BTW those first few lines weren’t to impress you or anything
They’re to impress upon you this next bit
Because it wasn’t that Jason knew something about training that I didn’t
It was to make me do the uncomfortable and inconvenient shit
The stuff I’d normally let myself away with
Skip a training session
Because I was tired or busy or didn’t feel like it
Quit a set because it felt tough
Take longer rest simply because I wanted to
Flake on my nutrition because no one was watching
You see most people know a fair amount
about what they should or could do right?
And sure, they could easily get an ok workout from Youtube right?
But that’s not really what they’re missing
At SF Fitness we don’t just train people
Everything is setup to ensure the members show up
And showing up is half the battle
Because once they’re there, their workout is taken care of
We hold them accountable to improving from workout to workout
With a very simple to follow training and nutrition system
And we’re adding more and more to it
So there can be no more excuses
And when you run out of excuses
Well then, anything is possible
