Strength Training Fundamentals Workshop

There’s a huge amount of confusion around strength training.

People hear terms like:
“tone up”
“resistance training”

"bulking"
“light weight high reps”
“protect your joints”

…but very few people ever understand what these things actually mean.

So we’re running this workshop to simplify it all.

The goal is to help you understand:

  • how to train safely and effectively
  • how to get better results from your workouts
  • how to build strength and confidence without feeling overwhelmed

A few of the things we’ll cover:

Toning vs Bulking vs Strengthening
These are NOT the same thing, and they require different approaches.

Preventing & Overcoming Injury
How to exercise confidently while protecting your body, joints and energy levels.

Training Intensity
One of the biggest mistakes people make is either doing far too much… or not enough to create progress. We’ll show you how to find the right balance.

Getting More From Your Workouts
Simple nutrition and recovery strategies that support your training and help you feel better between sessions.

This workshop is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.

Whether you’re completely new to strength training or just want to better understand what you’re doing, this will help.
