Photoshoot is done and dusted
Have to wait for the pics to see the final results
But a lot of people have been wondering why?
Why was I doing a photoshoot?
Am I thinking about becoming a fitness model?
Nope
Am I that vain that I need to have pics of me half naked?
Nope
It’s all because of one word
Accountability
Just over 3 months ago I had lost my mojo to train
I needed to get it back
But training wasn’t going to be enough
I needed a big challenge
So I hired a coach, Jason, who was an expert in getting incredible results in 12 weeks
In fact the programme is called the Amazing 12
I wasn’t the only one doing it either.
There was a bunch of lads doing it just like me
So instead of only being accountable to myself
I now had someone who expected me to turn up 5 days a week
With whom I had invested a substantial sum too <–very important
I had someone who I knew would take me beyond my perceived limits <–ditto on the importance
And I had a deadline
Friday 11th December – Photo day
If I didn’t have the photoshoot I could have easily given up
or just half assed it during the last few weeks
You know, gotten ok results
And if you know me I’m a big believer in full assing everything I do
The end results were gonna be in picture for all to see
That’s a lot of accountability
And that’s why it worked
This mail is getting a bit long and my body is fairly shagged
Flexing is hard as hell you know,
Dead serious, one of the lads nearly passed out
So if you want something that works
