Happy new Year, Hope the head isn’t too sore today.
I have a love hate relationship with Facebook
I get great ideas for these emails
And I get to follow some really smart fitness and health experts
But on the otherhand
There’s some really dumb people who post about fitness and health
You might have seen them
People spouting on about clean eating
Detoxes

And all this give it all you got motivational crap
Sure it sounds like good advice
But what if you start next week
With the best of intentions
And you do ‘give it all you got’
You start exercising more
And start cutting out the crap
Ok for a few days and then the cravings start
Low energy kicks in
You get bored of eating bland chicken
And spending all that time in the gym
But you read that motivational slogan again
And persevere for another few days, weeks even
Eventually you will give up
You’re not seeing results and you’re exhausted trying to
‘give it all you got’
Problem is you gave the wrong plan all you got
Too much of the wrong exercises
Too little food and too much restrcition
And now you feel worse because you couldn’t stick to it
Who could?
But what would happen if you saved all that effort
For a plan that was much easier to follow and to stick to
So that come the end of January you are still following it
Give it all you got can only be the right advice
If ‘IT’ is a smarter plan to get the results you want
And you can get that smarter plan right here

P.S. Got an enquiry for our
Ultimate Personal Fitness Plan the other day
traight away they said they were very shy and afraid of being embarrassed
Not surprising
The idea of stepping foot in a commercial gym these days even turns me off
It’s a sad fact but commercial gyms are the last place I’d recommend you go
I’ll tell you why tomorrow
