Last week I sent out an email
Asking what you were struggling with
And a common reply was that people ate fairly healthy
Yet they still struggled with their body shape
And that meant they struggled with confidence and self esteem
The problem is eating healthy doesn’t guarantee you’ll look the way you wan
I’ll say that again
Just because you eat healthy does not guarantee you’ll look the way you want
You see all these recipes for paleo cupcakes and low carb pizza
These type of diets tend to suggest you can eat all you want
As long as it’s not processed, is low carb and a caveman ate it
Not sure they had cupcakes back in Captain Cave Man’s days though
Problem is, one of the main ingredients for a lot of these recipes
Is fat
And fat has a lot of calories. It’s not unhealthy. Just has a lot of calories
So some of these ‘healthy’ paleo or low carb foods might actually be sabotaging your efforts to lose weight
Yeah I know, that sucks
Remember, even though the diet gurus don’t tell you,
There’s a big difference between eating healthy
And eating to guarantee you melt away the inches
And that’s why I’m putting on this seminar for you
