Apparently I’m the only one who didn’t know what Netflix and Chill meant
Can’t believe I’ve never heard of it
Almost the same disbelief Fiona has in terms of how far she’s come here at SF
Gone are the days of constantly weighing herself
Feeling guilty over what she eats
Terrified of eating ‘bad/fattening’ food
She’s now got a far better relationship with food
This morning she mentioned to Ruth,
That while we, the coaches, facilitate the programmes
It’s up to her and the others to actually do them
To follow the steps
And it’s where belief comes back into it
You can believe all the hype surrounding the newest diets
Or what the latest celeb who’s lost weight did
But if you’re not laying solid foundations
You’ll end up taking 1 step forward and 2 back
That’s what Fiona used to do
And ended up feeling frustrated and hopeless
But since laying the groundwork she’s now bounding forward
And is in the best shape of her life
You might even get to meet her when you come along next sat

P.S. Oh yeah, what does Netflix and Chill mean?
It’s code for two people going to each others houses
And watching Netflix while chilling out right??
Or there maybe some kinky stuff involved,
I wouldn’t know anything about that though
