Happy Christmas to you and yours
Funny story…
Was chatting to my sister the other day
She told me what mum said to her
She thought I was wearing some sort of body suit in the pics
Said “John doesn’t look like that”
Goes to show how much I was able to change for the pics right
Even my own mother couldn’t believe the transformation
Now there are a couple of things I put down to really giving me the edge

1. Accountability – I was expected to show up and I did. Didn’t want to let anyone down
2. Flexibility – There was no way I was doing this programme if I had to ‘eat clean’, cut out
processed food, only have one cheat meal a week and all that other diet crap people harp on about
I wanted to have my freedom and did.
3. Investment – I invested a decent chunk of money and wanted to make sure it would be worth it.
I also put in time and effort which is more valuable than the cash alone.
4. Keeping score – I set a goal. 60 workouts in 12 weeks. And ticked them off day by day.
Recorded every session, weight lifted and reps performed.
Because I knew if I just showed up and had a target to aim for
I would have the best chance of getting stronger and fitter
And when you get stronger and fitter you burn more calories.
You essentially turn yourself into a fat burning machine
The reason why I was able to do all of this was simple
I’ve developed these principles over years of training people
And yes, I’ll show you exactly how to use them when you join SF Fitness
