The Problem with Weight Watchers

A lady once suggested my approach

To transforming your body

While eating your favourite foods

Is kinda like weight watchers or slimming world

But there’s a very big difference

I suggested she try it out so that she would

Get to eat a lot more

Get to feel full more often, so she’s not starving

Reduce her cravings

And wake up feeling way more energetic among other things

I also said to her

Your confidence will soar as you get fitter and stronger



Confidence was something she felt she was lacking in

She wanted a better job but didn’t feel confident enough to get it

She also didn’t feel attractive

And wanted more confidence around men

As a man (last time I checked) let me tell you there is nothing sexier than a confident women

So while the notion of being able to eat your favourite foods might be similar to those diets

The results and approach are far superior
