That’s why at SF Fitness you’ll start with a one on one assessment and strategy session called a Discovery Session.
The purpose of the assessment is to discover if you have any imbalances, excessive tightness or any weaknesses in how your body moves. That way you can get a programme designed specifically for you and the results you want.
And don’t worry none of this is painful or embarrassing. At SF Fitness you won’t be thrown into exercise or on a machine without being assessed first.
But before you even do your assessment you’ll have a chat with a professionally trained coach. You’ll sit down with them so they can learn all about your health history, previous injuries, your fitness and body shape goals and your exercise history.
That way you can be sure your programme, if you decide to join, will be perfectly tailored to you. And you can be sure SF Fitness is the best fit for you.
