I started off in the fitness industry in 2002. So I've been around the block as they say. I've seen it all and tried it all. From aerobics classes to spinning. High Intensity Training to Pilates.
I've trained women of all shapes and sizes, ages and abilities. For some reason I developed a connection with training women more so than men.
Maybe because I was the middle child sandwiched in between 2 sisters.
Or maybe it was because I was bullied in an all boys school.
When I started exercising something unexpected happened. I went from being the shy wallflower to being a hell of a lot more self confident.
I got stronger physically and this had a huge impact on what I felt I could do with my life.
I could be more assertive, get what I wanted and not have to follow the crowd.
It literally changed my life
And I also saw a similar lack of confidence in the women I trained.

But now there's so much pressure to look a certain way, to be a certain size.

If only your life was like that, if only you could look that way, wear that dress. Everything would be much better right?
You are not a fucking mannequin, you were not born just to look aesthetically pleasing
You are here to be the best version of you. You are unique. And you should embrace that.
So in order to be the best you can be, you can't be one of those "do nothin' bitches", as Ronda Rousey so eloquently puts it.
In order to have the body confidence and self belief in yourself you must DO MORE.
Your body is designed to move, to be strong, to be fit. The last thing your body is designed for is to look skinny in a size 6. Or sit on a couch shoveling food into your mouth feeling sorry for yourself.
But the strange thing is. When you start to focus on DOING MORE with your body, like getting stronger and fitter, your body shape will dramatically change. It won't just look sexy you will be sexy, with or without clothes on.
And let me tell you there's nothing better, from a blokes point of view, at meeting a girl who not only looks hot and oozes confidence. But can handle herself in the bedroom and not just lie there like a dead fish.
Sure, sex isn't the be all and end all but you can spot a confident strong woman a mile away. It's ridiculously appealing to guys. Well the decent ones, not the pussies who treat women like shit. You'll just end up intimidating them, repelling them and attracting decent men into your life.
And if you've already got a man in your life? Be prepared to see a change in him. He'll notice the changes and won't be able to keep his hands off you.
